Questions
Is there a contract?
No. You pay £49 a month, or £490 a year if you choose annual billing, and you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays available to export for 30 days after that, as our Terms set out.
Are there cover fees?
No. £49 a month per venue is the whole price, however many covers you seat. There is no fee per cover, per booking or per guest, and no commission. Card payments go through your own Stripe or Square account at their normal rates, and Covered takes no cut.
Who pays for WhatsApp?
Messages go from your venue’s own WhatsApp Business account, so Meta bills its message fees to you directly. Covered adds nothing on top. Email confirmations are included in the plan.
Does £49 include VAT?
There is no VAT to add. HAMR Ltd, the company behind Covered, is not VAT-registered, so £49 a month or £490 a year is the whole price.
What if I don’t use Square?
Everything works the same apart from sending pre-orders into tabs, which needs Square for Restaurants. Guests still pre-order, and you see each guest’s choices in Covered. Saved cards, deposits and no-show fees work with Stripe or Square.
