Leaving
Cancel anytime — it takes effect at the end of the billing period, with no cancellation fee. Your data stays exportable for 90 days, then we permanently delete it. GDPR export, anonymise and delete are one click and fully audit-logged.
Joining
It is your guest data — most providers let you export your bookings, guests and notes as a CSV. Drop it into the importer at Settings → Migrate, which auto-detects OpenTable, Resy and ResDiary. Coming from anything else, send it over and we will map it for you.

Yes — 14 days of the whole platform, no card on file. It is the complete product, not a cut-down demo, so you can run Covered alongside your current system through real services before a penny moves. If you do nothing at the end, the account quietly winds down and your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off.

Do you sign a DPA?
Yes. Covered is a UK Data Processor under UK GDPR with you as Controller of your guest data. The DPA is ready to sign — the standard UK GDPR Article 28 terms are published, and redlines are welcome. Our sub-processors (Stripe, Square, Meta WhatsApp, our SMTP provider) are listed publicly.
