Why we built this. The reason Covered exists.
Independent restaurants are getting squeezed from every angle: marketplace cover fees that quietly eat the margin on every booking, POS contracts that renew before you've spotted the auto-renew clause, and a tech stack that takes ten browser tabs to run a single Saturday service.
We built Covered so that bookings, the table plan, service notes, guest history and pre-orders live in one system that shares its information, with no charge per cover and no charge per feature.
Covered puts the whole operation — bookings, floor plan, service, pre-orders, guest history, deposits — into one place at one flat price. £49 a month. No cover fees. No tiered unlocks. The same product whether you're a 24-cover wine bar or a 120-cover bistro.

No outsourced tier-one. Email hello@covered.technology and you'll get a reply from the people who built the feature you're asking about.
02 · Cadence
Frequent releases.
We release changes most weeks.
03 · Cancelling
No contract. Cancel in settings.
Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded. The full wording is in our Terms.
04 · Your data
Your guest list is yours. Always.
We never market to your guests, never sell aggregated data, and you can export the full list as CSV at any time. Details of where it is stored and who processes it are in the DPA.
