HAMR Ltd is the data controller for the details of the person who opens a venue's Covered account and manages its subscription, its own billing records, enquiries sent to it and technical data from visits to its website and use of the platform. For guest booking data and a venue's staff records, each venue is the controller and HAMR Ltd processes that data on the venue's behalf.
