Export
Ask SimpleERB in writing for an export of your bookings, guests and notes. We'll help you word the request if you like.
Step 02
Map
Drop the CSV into the in-app importer (Settings → Migrate) and match its columns to Covered's fields. Bookings, guest contact details and notes come across. A human can still run the import for you if you'd rather not click through it yourself.
Step 03
Launch
Embed the widget, point the booking links on your own channels at Covered, hand the team an iPad.

SimpleERB just works for us. Why would we change?
If your current system does what you need, there's no reason to move. Covered's case is its realtime floor plan, WhatsApp pre-order chasers, Stripe card-on-file and a layout built for an iPad at the pass. If none of that matters to your service, stay where you are. If one or two things do, it's worth a look.
Which parts of service does Covered handle?
Bookings, walk-ins, the floor plan, pacing, CRM, pre-orders, deposits, the waitlist, table notes and guest tags. The floor plan updates live on every device, and WhatsApp and Stripe are built in.
What's involved in migrating?
Three steps. (1) Ask SimpleERB in writing for an export of your bookings and guests. (2) Drop it into the in-app importer at Settings → Migrate and match its columns to Covered's fields; bookings, guest contact details and notes come across. (3) Embed the Covered widget on your site and point your own booking links at us. Budget a week end to end, so you can test before you switch over.
Will my team need retraining?
Covered is built around a floor plan, a booking list and a guest card, so there is not much to learn. If you'd like help getting your team started, email hello@covered.technology.
Do you support UK payment processors?
Yes. Covered takes cards and deposits through Stripe. Stripe accepts the major UK cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and pays out to a UK bank account with Strong Customer Authentication. If you already have a Stripe account, you can connect it to Covered, so there's no separate merchant setup.
